I just got back from 4 days in Cannes for the Festival. My friends Simon and Yvon
(with 4 others) made a film their last year at Les Goblins (Paris, France) their last year in the animation program that was selected to be in the student section. Their film Blind Spot, for info here:

So Carly found herself surrounded by thousands of French men in Smoking tuxedos and the most beautiful beach side town in France. There was celebrities, there was VIP parties and somehow, Simon and I found ourselves walking down the red carpet on the famous marché du film. I have to say... It was one of those surreal moments you just keep asking yourself if it is real. No photos from the marché, you just have to take my word for it. I am going to miss all the open Gray Goose vodka bars, the amazing films but hey, there is always next year. It was an amazing 4 days.
